Wedding planning in Dubai

A wedding has more moving parts than most corporate events and far less tolerance for a visible mistake. We build the timeline backwards from the entrance, agree it with every supplier in writing, and put a coordinator on the floor whose only job that day is to make sure the family never has to solve anything.

What it includes

  • Venue shortlist and site visits matched to guest numbers and budget
  • Styling direction: stage, entrance, table design, florals and lighting
  • Supplier selection and contracting across decor, sound, lighting and entertainment
  • A minute-by-minute wedding day timeline shared with every supplier
  • Guest management: invitations, RSVPs, seating plan and family protocol
  • Rehearsal and a full technical check the day before where the venue allows it
  • A dedicated on-the-day coordinator and floor team
  • Separate ladies and gents arrangements where the family requires them

Who it is for

  • Families planning a wedding or engagement in Dubai or the northern emirates
  • Couples based outside the UAE organising a wedding here
  • Families who have booked a venue and need the rest coordinated
  • Hotels and venues needing an external planner for a client

Sequence

How it runs

  1. 01

    Brief

Date, guest numbers, the family's expectations on formality and separation, and an honest budget conversation before we look at venues.

  2. 02

    Plan

Venue, styling direction, supplier contracts and a timeline that every supplier signs off on, not just agrees to verbally.

  3. 03

    Produce

Setup day, technical rehearsal, a final walkthrough with the family, then the wedding run by our coordinator.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Gifts, personal items and hired equipment returned and accounted for, and supplier accounts closed the same week.

  • Bridal gown displayed on a white wedding runway framed by red flowers.
  • White wedding marquee prepared with lounge seating and a central floral feature.
  • Large event venue prepared beneath a dense suspended floral canopy with guest seating ready.

Questions

Common questions

  • Can you plan only the wedding day, not the whole process?

Yes. On-the-day coordination is a common scope: you book the venue and suppliers, we take over four to six weeks before, confirm every contract, build the timeline and run the day.

  • Do you arrange separate ladies and gents sections?

Yes, and we plan them as two parallel operations with their own staffing, service timing and photography rules, so neither side is treated as the secondary room.

  • How do you handle photography restrictions?

We agree the rule with the family in writing before the day, brief every supplier and crew member on it, and place signage where guests will see it. Our filming team follows the same rule without exception.
